Now’s a great time to reflect on the answer, especially with six days of mindfulness prompts to make starting easy.
Just print out the worksheets below (be sure to print them double-sided), and cut each sheet on the dotted line. Then, fold it in half so the question is hidden. Each day, select one object without thinking and answer the corresponding question.
